Monocle integrates into the brand’s commerce stack and marketing automation platform, taking 1-2 days with minimal lift from the brand’s team. Integration for consumer tech platforms might take 1-2 weeks depending on the set up of their CDP.
We use first-party data captured on your brand’s site, historical purchase data, and contextual data such as seasonality.
We focus on maximizing the incremental value on your brand’s promotion spend. For every customer, we predict the incremental change in revenue and gross profit from receiving an incentive and choose the optimal one given the brand’s strategy.
Yes! A lot of our brands only run a couple of major promotion campaigns through the year (which we help optimize). During the remainder of the time, they use Monocle to selectively give incentives through email and SMS flow, targeting only a subset of customers with the highest ROI.
Yes! Our models will never be a black box. In our Admin dashboard you’ll be able to review what features the AI models are using to predict the impact from getting an incentive.
Of course, we allow brands to export the list of customers by their sensitivity to incentives and use it in ad and retargeting campaigns.
