Monocle empowers businesses to unlock their full value with AI-powered decisions
We founded Monocle in 2023 after years working on AI models and pricing at Lyft, Instacart, McKinsey and Stripe.
While working at these companies, we saw first hand how effective personalized interactions are in helping scale businesses. At the same time, we also realized that using a ‘spray and pray’ approach to personalization is sub-optimal and could have detrimental consequences. To overcome those pitfalls we turned to Causal AI and developed cutting-edge models that personalized interactions based on their incremental effects.
It was then that we realized that while Causal AI is a powerful technology it was only accessible to large consumer tech platforms who had dedicated Data Science and Engineering teams to develop and deploy them. We decided to bridge this gap by starting Monocle, giving every company access to AI decisioning models that allow them to unlock the full value of their business.
