Instead of building endless cohorts by hand, the team could feed Monocle a broad audience, their creative assets, and a few guardrails. From there, the AI decided which offer, if any, was right for each customer—while also factoring in cost of goods to protect margins.

With Monocle connected to Klaviyo, these personalized decisions were deployed automatically through TPJ’s existing email flows. The brand also regained control over its incentive distribution, preventing leaked codes from showing up on coupon sites.
